We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

Yes! All of our team members are carefully vetted, interviewed by our owners, and pass a criminal background check before joining our team. We believe our team is our greatest asset, which is why we maintain the highest standards when selecting who enters your home.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you’re not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll return to address any missed areas at no additional cost.
Because cleaning is a completed service, we do not offer refunds, but we are committed to making it right.

PRICING & POLICIES

Our Move In/Move Out option delivers a thorough cleaning to prepare an empty home for you or the new family moving in! Please ensure that the home is empty before our cleaning and that there are no other people (movers, contractors, etc.) working in the space. And we will need AC available, electricity, and water!
Please note that if the home is particularly dirty, we may need to add the First Time Clean service to your cleaning to give our cleaners time to complete their work.

Standard Clean is not intended for first-time cleanings.
If your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned within the last 30 days, please add the First-Time Clean option under Extras. This allows our team the time needed to deliver the high-quality results we’re known for.
Once completed, our Standard Clean is perfect for ongoing weekly, biweekly, or monthly service.

First-time clients who haven’t had their home cleaned professionally within the last 30 days will need to add the First Time Clean option in the Extras section in order to give our crew members the time they need to achieve the high-quality results we’re known for.
Once that’s complete, our Standard Clean is the perfect choice for weekly/biweekly/monthly cleaning services moving forward!

Yes. We bring all the cleaning products, tools, and equipment needed for your service. If you have specific products you’d like us to use, please let your cleaner know before they get started.

You bet! You’ll find the extra services we offer on our booking page. If you have special instructions, please include them in the notes so our team knows exactly what you want.

Pro Tip: Linen changes are complimentary. Just leave clean sheets out, or note where they are in the booking notes so we can find them quickly.
